Cancellation Policy for 2024
Our goal is to make your booking with us, stress-free and one you have confidence in should your travel plans change for any reason. With this in mind, we have updated our deposit/cancellation policy valid through 2024.
1. Upon booking your reservation, we will request a deposit of a one night’s stay in order to confirm your reservation. 2. Should you need or choose to cancel your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your stay, we will refund your deposit in full. 3. Should you choose or need to cancel your reservation in less than 30 days for any reason, we will do our best to fill the dates and, if successful we will refund you in full. If the dates remain open, your deposit will be forfeited. Please know it is not our intention to keep your deposit and will do our utmost to refund you when possible.
NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY.
