This tour will include several hands-on cooking classes that focus on the best of the region’s cuisine. Guests will cook in the villa’s gorgeous well-equipped kitchen and outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, using the freshest seasonal ingredients from outdoor markets and butcher shops in the village. Discovering that Ligurian cuisine is some of the best in the world!
In addition to cooking classes at the villa, guests will explore the villages of the area as well as visit the local bakery to see the making of focaccia al formaggio, wine tastings and biodynamic vineyard visits, a VIP boat tour, lunch at a favorite osteria with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean, private market tours, and so much more.
